Vendor Tables at the OZ UFO CONFERENCE

May 15-16, 2020


Each vendor will receive an 8' table and chairs, or no table and 10' x 5' space, and admission to the keynote speaker on Saturday night. Electricity is available for some tables. We suggest bringing a lamp or lighting to display your items because some areas are not well lit. Includes a box lunch for up to two persons. If you have special dietary needs please let us know in advance. Bring your own table covering.


Vendors must register by April 15. First-come first served. Limited number of spaces available. 


No balloons or open flames. 

You may bring your own extra tables if you wish, but keep your space within 10' wide and 5' deep.

 

Set up on Friday morning from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 pm. Go to the back of the building to the side door next to the hall (solid door that will be marked). We open registration at noon so all displays must be ready by that time. 

Tear down on Saturday from 5:00 pm - 6:45 pm prior to the final speaker at 7:00 pm.
